If you’re part of a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Northeast Indiana and looking for a new home base, you may want to take a closer look at what’s happening in Kendallville. The Community Learning Center (CLC)—a hub of innovation, education, and collaboration—is opening its doors to welcome new nonprofit partners into its ever-growing campus.
A Place Where Purpose Meets Possibility
Located at 401 East Diamond Street in Kendallville, the CLC recently completed a 25,000-square-foot expansion, bringing even more resources, energy, and opportunity to the organizations that call this place home. The vision? To connect communities, strengthen lives, and secure brighter futures for all.

But the CLC isn’t just a building—it’s a collaborative community. Here, nonprofit organizations aren’t working in silos. They’re connecting and co-creating through shared space, shared values, and shared services.
Office Spaces Now Available
The CLC currently has three office suites available on the third floor of its beautifully restored building. Each space includes access to shared meeting rooms, custodial services, Wi-Fi, security, fire monitoring, utilities, and even opportunities to earn credits toward discounted use of larger event spaces like the gym, theatre, and reception rooms.
Here’s what’s available:

Suite 316:
598 sq. ft. office + 207 sq. ft. storage room
Total: 805 sq. ft.
$536.67/month

Suite 310:
648 sq. ft. office with built-in cabinetry and south-facing windows
$432.48/month

Suite 312:
1,357 sq. ft. office (formerly two classrooms), cabinets, dual entry, south-facing windows
$904.67/month
Each lease is priced at just $8 per square foot annually and renews automatically.

What It Means to Be a Dedicated Programmer

These programmers meet monthly, collaborate frequently, and amplify one another’s efforts to uplift the communities they serve.
Current partners include:
East Noble School Corporation

More Than Just a Space—It’s a Community
The CLC believes in building a family of change-makers. When you join as a tenant, you gain more than just an office—you gain a community that supports your mission, shares your challenges, and celebrates your wins.
