The Northeast Indiana Local Food Network created Local Food Week as a way for families and farmers to connect around the food they both love. Our 5th Annual Local Food Week features over 30 different tours and events hosted by farms, markets, artisan food producers, and organizations. Come learn where our local food comes from, meet the folks who produce it, and taste the bounty that comes from Our Land to Our Tables.

Monarch Mania

Join Chain O'Lakes at the Glacier Ridge Shelter, a short walk from the campground, for the annual Monarch Mania Festival! There will be tables set up for this come-and-go event with information and activities related to monarch parenting, milkweed, native landscaping, and other important host plants, and more! There will also be educational interpretive programs throughout the event.

Nature Fest

Celebrate spring during our annual Nature Fest! This free and fun-filled festival features various
family and BioBlitz (science investigations) activities at Merry Lea. All ages are welcome to
participate in canoeing and campfires Friday evening. On Saturday, there will be two different

The Noble County Community Fair kicks of July 11, 2026 and goes through July 18, 2026. Enjoy many evening Grandstand events and lots of 4-H exhibits, shows, and projects on display during the day. The Noble County Queen Contest is June 28th at 4pm at Central Noble High School in Albion.
