After months of community anticipation, creativity, and collaboration, Visit Noble County is proud to announce the winner of the Destination Noble 2.0 Banner Campaign—Tara Streb of Kendallville!
Tara’s vibrant and inspiring banner design was selected from many submissions for its ability to beautifully reflect the spirit, charm, and natural beauty of Noble County’s communities. Her artwork will soon be featured on new light pole banners throughout the county, bringing a fresh and colorful identity to the places we call home.

Destination Banners Coming to a Town Near You
The first round of banner installations will roll out in Albion, Ligonier, Kendallville, and Rome City, with more towns to follow—including Avilla, Cromwell, and LaOtto—as funding becomes available. Installations for the first round are scheduled to begin on August 1, 2025.
These banners are being produced by Betty Lou’s Designs, a trusted local partner recognized for its top-notch craftsmanship and community involvement. This project is made possible in part by a generous grant from the Community Foundation of Noble County, whose continued investment in public art makes a meaningful impact across Noble County, Indiana.
More Than Beautification—A Celebration of Place
“The Destination Noble 2.0 campaign is more than a beautification project,” said Grace Caswell, CEO of Visit Noble County. “It’s a celebration of the unique character found in each of our communities and a reflection of our collective pride in Noble County as a destination. By stewarding and showcasing our local assets, we’re creating spaces that foster a genuine sense of belonging—for both residents and visitors alike. Pride of place isn’t just a concept—it becomes something people truly feel as they walk through our towns.”

As the banners go up, they’ll serve as bold, beautiful reminders of who we are—and what makes Noble County such a special place to live, visit, and explore.
Stay tuned for more updates as we begin installations and watch for the new banners lighting up your favorite streets soon!
