Joining the staff in 2024, Aleixs has been a welcome addition to the team.


From providing top-notch assistance to visitors to supporting our tourism partners, Alexis has collected and shared data and resources that enhance our efforts to enrich visitor experiences in Noble County.

Grace Caswell
Grace E. Caswell, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Since 2022, Grace Caswell has led Visit Noble County with energy and a focus on innovation, leading destination development, marketing, management, and stewardship efforts. She is a Certified Indiana Tourism Professional and has a strong background in Organizational Psychology & Non-profit Management. As our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), she embodies the principles of servant leadership.

We believe abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation, including 117 lakes and natural waterways, make Noble County the premier destination in Northeast Indiana for anyone seeking outdoor adventure or to be rejuvenated by nature.



How to meet our Board of Directors


The board of directors of the Noble County Convention and Visitor Bureau meets every third Monday, every other month, at different tourism hotspots and accommodations around Noble County. Meetings may be hosted at venues including Chain O'Lakes State Park, Gene Stratton Porter State Historic Site, Kimmell House Inn Bed and Breakfast, Mid-American Windmill Museum, Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, and more.
